Cancellation Policy

Amorette Intimates aims to provide undoubted assistance to its customers. That’s why they keep a liberal cancellation policy. According to this policy:

Cancellations will be granted only if the request of withdrawal is done within 24 hours of placing an order. Cancellation request won’t be granted if the orders has been dispatched or merchants and they have started the despatching procedure of shipping that item.

There is no cancellation of the order is available under the Same Day delivery criteria.

You won’t get cancellation options of the items from Amorette Intimates which are available under special or limited . All of these are limited and special offers. That’s why the cancellation process won’t be granted for these processions.

If you receive a damaged product from us, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team. Your request to refund or replacement will be granted once the merchant has completed the verifying process that the mistake is done from his end. But you should inform about the damaged product (after receiving) within 1 day.

If you find out the delivered product is not matching with the displayed product on our website –then you inform our Customer Service Team quickly. You should contact them within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will take action accordingly.

Refund Policy-

Once the product is delivered to you and you have received it as per your order – the product can not be returned or refunded. If you find out that the product is not the same as shown on our website, feel free to consult with the Customer Service Team. But you should contact them within 24 hrs.

Shipping and Delivery Policies-

Luxusintim ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 4 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which –Company Name–is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as –Company Name– continuously tries to naught such instances. Also, Luxusintim reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for the canceled product(s) to your source account.
